HAPPY 2011! Went for dinner with bf's life-saving frens at kenny rogers. LOVE LOVE the cheese macaroni! Dun really know his ls frens but i guess it's not that awkward la. Met sec sch frens after that. Much more comfortable surely. Countdown-ed at somewhere along the nicoll highway and the view was FANTASTIC! It's like all the fireworks are just before my eyes. CAT 1 seats definitely. But the way there and out was horrible! I see more foreign workers than locals (if u get wat i meant.) The journey home was terrible though. There's like truckload of cabs everywhere, all empty, but none willing to stop and let us up. Damn evil eh. All waiting for cab bookings. And when we called to book cabs, the line was engaged. Ended up waiting for more than 2 hours and got home only at 4+am. What a day.

01-01-2011 was mummy's bday! Got woken up by loud talking voices from outside the room. All my mummy's side relatives were at my house alr. Mummy's bday was always accompanied by lots n lots of yummy food and seeing cousins, aunts n uncles, like a prelude to cny. Haha. Daddy even bought bakwa, felt even more cny-ish. Bf was such a nice boy to help out with the cleanup, before we went out to have some time for urselves. But nowadays got no nice movies screening. So irritating.

Work has been fine. Nice ppl. Have u ever felt like u've know somebody for a lifetime even though u've actually only know them for a day? That's the kind of feeling i had. But there's always shitty ppl ard. The 2 assholes that dump their work to me n made me work to 230pm when i cld have left office at 1230. So glad im not gg to see them ever again. Most prob will have new temp coming in tmr which makes me the most senior person excluding my supervisor. Can tekan her. hahaha. But im not that evil la. A giant pile of work waiting for me in the office tmr. Dreads.

dunno why got 2 gaint blocks of dry ice in the sink den we keep playing. haha.

left: my fren is super cute. she cycles her pink bike to work every morning cos she stays nearby. N my aim everyday is to meet her on the way to work so that i dun have to walk for 10 min to get to the office every morning.

Singapore is such a boring place, there's like nothing much to do. Watching movies and shopping has become such a bore, we decided to check out the SAM museum. Main aim was to explore the "trans-cool tokyo" section but we did check out all the other parts. Feel so artistic. hahaha. =)

XMAS EVE @SCOTT'S PLACE

Spent xmas eve at scott's place again this yr. Love his house cos it's gives a super xmas-y feeling. Dinner prepared by his mum was uber yummy. And got a terrific gift from fel for gift xchange. =D

IM HOME! Like finally. So super tired. Had a date with my parents, kind of. Had bbq at rc again for dunno wat event. So all the rc members will get their friends or family to come bbq and eat. But seriously, i hate it lor. Like one bunch of hungry ghost, snatch like free. I didnt even eat a single bbq-ed food. Had catered food only and there werent much left. Daddy ask me to be photographer/camerawoman n i seriously loathe it. Ppl thinks that im some mad woman lor. And i bet mr ong kian min thinks im some stalker who keeps snapping his pic. Must ask my dad to make me a "official photographer" tag. So ps! and at e end of it den i realised e bbq was to celebrate my daddy's bday. I almost forgot. =X

But the worst has yet to come ok. After clearing up for e bbq, we went to the market area for this karaoke competition. My neighbourhood is SO happening. The competition is like a jue dui superstar for the senior citizens. ALL hokkiene songs. I almost fainted. Apparently my dad is supposed to give out the prize for the winner. *FAINTS TTM* So we waited n waited n waited n waited... I dunno wat's wrong with e competition, cos there's lucky draw with 30 prizes, which took up alot of time. The participants' dressing are damn scary! Some look like they are ready to go perform at some gei tai, some look like they can go clubbing any time. Oh man. Then got this uncles hair like those old old shows. Shave the first half den keep long hair, tied into a ponytail, n he wore deep v long sleeve top. So happening. Wanted to zao home first but my parents refused to let me off. Stone-ed half the time n self entertained by talking alot of photos. hahaha. Okay, im hungry alr. Shall go shower n cook noodles. Hot yummy noodles on a rainy day =))

Been a while since i had such a good day. =)) Hello stranger was RELLY REALLY NICE. MUST WATCH! So hilarious. Caught the 12.20am show n yet there were so many ppl. N i realised kids nowadays seem to not have any sleeping time constraints. There's always kids around in the middle of the night. Slpt at 5am ytd but i guess it's all worth the sacrifice. =D

Poor bf got confinement today for some stupid reasons. So depressing. But i had quite a fulfilling day too. Went to st james flea just now. Not too bad, went to stock up a couple of OL attires. N being a very nice fren, i decided to be fel's first customer. haha. Went daiso to stock up my tiny interdental toothbrush. But realised the ones tat i always use is oos. The new design is so awful. *SOB* Shall go check out other daiso outlets if i have time.

Embarked on a journey to the west today. Literally. Bf had nights out today, how timely. But it's for only a short 4hours and travelling back to the east would have taken up like half the time. So told a train to amk. I think i've nv travelled this far before. Anw i found a faster route-the circle line! Finally realised it's use. haha. Anw, watched rapunzel. It's a fairytale and it's super nice! N the kid sitting in front of us was so excited, he stood up half the time. Nice show. =)) N i sent bf back to lim choo kang. N by the time i got home it's was half past eleven. Where to find such a nice gf. hahaha. =)

it's supposed to be TGIF, but im really really bored at home. There's like nth to do at all. And starworld's screening bachelor season 12 now. And the more i watch, the more pissed i get. It's like do u really need to do such things and vie for attention of a single guy like that, and watching the guy do so many intimate stuff with diff gals. I think the gals deserve better. YUCKS!

IL PREMIER~

Prom's over! Seemed so surreal actually. Glad i only spent like $20 bucks for prom minus the ticket cost. N 3/4 of the money spent was on cab fare. Anw, dinner was kind of boring. Food was so so, not quite worth the money actually. But oh well, guess food's not supposed to be the focus. Post prom activity was so much more happening. Took the free chartered bus to clarke quay and explore the different places. Some just made us super apalled. LOL. *wink*

Woke up bright and EARLY today at 7am. Was supposed to have other plans but apparently lim choo kang camp had their first ever family day in like more than 20 years. So how can we miss the chance to take a look at the place he calls hell. So his parents came to pick me up. The car ride was SO LONG. Definitely wont travel west often. So reached there kind of late and miss the machine putting the missle in place. I forgot wat's e word alr. Anw, we had a tour ard the place n compound. Feels better than wat i thought. And there's like only one female toilet in the whole place. Weather was super eccentric, drizzle, heavy shower, sunny, drizzle, heavy shower, sunny, n this goes on for the rest of the day.

His parents brought us to visit this pottery place nearby for a tour cos i haven been there before.So nice. There's like ALOT of pottery stuff and i thought i was in china for a moment. haha.

Went to a few daiso to look for his gloves but quite disappointing cos all no stock. Finally have some time alone after his parents drop us off at the city. And we saw this mobile pink toilet. So cute. Had dinner at some famous bakuteh place. Super yummy.

Met ced, wen and jx at my hse for some board games. So cute. Haven touched them for a long long long time and there was alot of dust on them. Played monopoly n scrabble. =))

OH MY! Bf's itouch died in my hands. ='( That's not too much of a problem cos there's something called warranty. I have no idea how it happened, it just refused to get started. So i went to a apple store to see the mac doctor n e gal told me "it's a dead unit, quite common la." wth.

But the WORST thing is there goes ALL the photos supposedly gg to be in an album called "farewell to uniforms". Im damn upset now! cos all the photos with the adorable, gd lightning, slightly better hair-ed day me is GONE! Plus gk, lynn n sz is gg to kill me. =(

Secretly hoping that the mac doctors r so pro that they can recover all of it. Oh dear...

Dun really care tat i missed seeing Kim hyun joong at tamp (dun even know who he is) or didnt q for free coffee at starbucks. The q was MADNESS! I rather pay normal price than waste my time q-ing.

one last paper tmr. YAY! Last time to wear the school uniform i guess, but not missing it at all. And im slightly afraid that i wont wake up tmr. So i got 2 ppl to give me morning calls, plus my parents will wake me up, n i'll set 2 alarms. If im still late, i've really nth to say n i shld just bang the wall. LOL.

Had the most meaningful slacking days ever. Spent fri n first half of sat helping out at prssco camp. Haha. Thght i'll feel awkward cos there's probably no juniors that i know anymore. But glad it turned out well, fantastic actually. Supposed to be some slacker job but ended up having to lead a grp. And i tell u, i've nv exercise so hard before for at least half a year. I almost died running, trying to catch up with them. Played 'amazing race' prss version ard tampines, n they were super enthu, running everywhere even when i told them e game will last 3/4 of the day. The gals were super cute. Just when they started running, one of them turn ard,smiled n told me 'hey, we gg to run.' i almost fainted. haha. But great workout i guess. Having MAJOR muscle aches now.

I think sec sch students are the cutest thing on earth. Bought drinks n some packets of biscuits for my group, they all went "why u SO NICE?" Really made my day. Mind you, they were just packet drinks. Wanted to treat them bubble tea but they wanted to have lunch in school. So adorable right. Treat a bunch of jc kids drinks and they just took it for granted. What vast disparity.

Had night walk later at night. And it was damn funny seeing them so freaked out. Good thing i know where all the "traps" are. If not i'll be screaming like them too. haha.

In IMMENSE PAIN now. AHHH! Went for dental after bio today n my dentist got alot of gimmicks each visit. Today, she introduced like 3 springs into my mouth, change new but shorter wires and tried to be thrifty. She stretch the small tiny coloured rubber band across 3 teeth. THREE OKAY! The rubberband was barely 1cm in length. And it's not just one set, but at all four corners of a codon of teeth. DAMN! Good thing i got to eat popeyes with the gals before dental if not im really gg to kill myself. So now, soft fluffy bread, mashed potato and porridge are my only best fren for the next few days. Bought yamazaki bread on the way back. It was damn YUMMY! But i cant exactly chew. My teeth hurts so bad, i dun even feel like exercising or moving at all. Just gg to play games and roll in bed. *pout*

Was on the train, happily listening to my mp3 when there's this guy who tapped me quite hard on the shoulder. Turned back, n i saw someone unfamiliar, calling MY name. Seriously. And i gave an awkward smile and ask who he was. Cant exactly rmb wat his name was but still it rang no bells. SUPER AWKWARD. but he shld have like tried to trigger my memory. But by this time the whole carriage was staring, i decided to move to the next carriage. hahaha. Feel abit bad, so if im supposed to know who that guy is, im so so so sorry. =X

what a day. anw i woke up at 12 today. had a real GD slp. =))

eating the thai sweet tapioca i ta-bao-ed home just now. DAMN YUMMY!

Spent almost 3 hrs packing and sorting out my notes and stuff just now. Now my desk and shelf is uber neat! =)) Cant wait for 2nd dec to get rid of every SINGLE thing. JC life has been such a nightmare, i wld NV want to look back ever. N next yr whatever results it may be, i'll let fate decide and move on with life. It've been a tough journey, and i wld never ever take this same route twice. Thank god for jc friends, or i'll never be able to get through e torment alone. =))

Chanced upon all the old letters, notes..while packing today. Sometimes we look back, we see the things we did, n thght abt the things we wished we did and there was so much regret. oh well, that's life.

what a eventful day morning. Shall not harp on the details. I guess it's not too bad to stay near another jc. Next time must find a house near a sec n jc when i have kids. haha. But still took a cab there anyway cos walking will just make me more nervous. haha. And their clock is digital, projected on the projecter. So much better than our lousy clock in the hall, still need to squirm my eyes to see the minute hand. And the gd thing since tpjc is only a stone's throw away, i get to walk home. =) It's a truly once in a lifetime experience that u'll nv want to try. haha. ced say it's epic. lol. Anyway, just really grateful for nice friends who are so concerned. gan dong TTM! =D

So glad it's all over! Time to relax and chill like never before for the next few days! =D

Uber gd gal today. Stayed at home the whole of today although there was no electricity at home. But guess i was really tired, slept till 1pm even though there was no fan. And in the afternoon, it started raining. What great timing! Made the without-electricity-day so much more bearable. Plus bcos there were no other entertainment, i actually studied bio. So good gal... But got bored after a while and i decided to pack my things. My book shelf and desk is SO SO SO neat now. =D And btw i swept the floor, boiled water and tidied up the house. *thumb up*

fel's xmas present, only 3/4 packed. haha! so nice right...

and im gg to look for a recycling bin near my hse to chuck all my old tutorials/notes/n everything else. so environmental-friendly! =))

Friday tmr! YAY! Though it doesnt make any difference cos i've been at home so many days everyday kind of feels like fri. =X But at least i'll get to see bf...

miss my boy. although i just saw him 2 days ago. even staying at home, watching tv together is enjoyable. =X *shy*

The past two days have been total shiokness. NO need to touch notes/books/tys, watch tv until there's nth to watch or simply just stare into space and stone. How heavenly! Quite a great contrast from the previous week. Life's been a bore. Nothing much happened. Been quite a zai nu these days.

My parents have gone to enjoy life this morning and i stuck at home. =( Barely 24 hrs since they left and i feel quite sian alr. Need to settle my own 3 meals, no newspaper to read, boil my own water... And the "BEST" thing ever. There's a TEMPORARY electricity shutdown from 830am to 530pm tmr. Seriously, u call that temporary?!?! No aircon, no fan, no tv, no comp... Feel like lodging a complaint srsly, this is like the third time this past few months. RAH! When there's a will there's a way. Shall find some place to rot tmr.

Went to meet bf n his frens for supper last friday. Caramel frappe was yummy.

took a bus home last nite n i saw him. Perhaps it's a blessing in disguise to know that it's time to move on n let go of all that had happened so long ago. The only thing i regretted was my ungraciousness behaviour. damn.

Life been sucky these days. Studying makes me sick. I wish exams were tmr, not that im really confident, but i just cant take the torment anymore. AHHH! I want be like gk who ENJOYS studying. So psychotic pls. Haha. I know i need to study but it's hard to keep still and do my work. So irritating. What's the point of studying if u'll prob forget everything in less than a yr? Asked bf abt Ksp that day. He asked me what's that, having ZERO recollection. LOL.

Anw, took some time off this wk to do some random stuff. Watched social network with my big sis. Damn random but anw i think the movie is quite sucky. BORING DRAGGY NO CLIMAX and i wld have walked out halfway thrgh the show. The only appealing thing is the handsome guy. Was actually quite looking forward cos wendy told me her new media prof highly recommend. But... hahaha.

Went to meet up with ex workfrens ytd, less than half of us were there but still quite an enjoyable day. Haven met for a yr but the familiarity is still there. Everybody's the same. So cute. Went timbre to chill after dinner and we walked up this DAMN long flight of stairs, i thght i was climbing chang cheng. My legs almost gave way halfway thrgh lor. Felt like i just did 2.4km. hahaha. Damn long nv exercise alr. Think drank abit too fast plus my stomach was empty i puked like a merlion. Damn gross, drank for like nth time alr n this is my virgin puke. Yucks. At least i made it home safely, sober. ha! what a day. Super few pic cos nobody brought cam. Nxt meetup in dec =))

im an official only child now, for a night that is. My big sis went to her wkend hse alr while my 2nd sis went chalet. WOOHOO! The room is mine for a nite. =)

Im still doing work at this time. poor me. but that's bcos i haven been very productive in the day. Body clock is in a terrible mess now i dun even hear my alarm ring AT ALL. =( Damn it. Shall try to adjust it gradually.

It's the wkend alr. Used to be all excited abt it but now it doesnt make any difference at all. The clock keeps ticking at the back of my mind and i cant wait to get up from this nightmare in abt a month's time. Bf's basking in loud music with his ns mates again. So much for socialising. Oh well... I have a super duper strong urge for retail therapy now. Srsly. Oh dear, shall go tm popular tmr, since i cant go town =(

Been a super long time since we last met. Maybe even yrs cos we were so busy. So nice to sit down n reminise the past. Looking at old photos and yrbks, playing our fave game-cluedo! i won ALL 3 rounds. YAY! Must be all the yrs of training. Heehee. Planning a p6 class gathering after my 'A' together. Cant wait. =)

N my phone died after supper cos the water on the table somehow sip into the phone. So shallow also will go in. Unbelievable suayness. =( Gd thing bf got the same phone as me. =)

It's times like tat that makes me feel like im an only child. My parents aslp, siss not home yet/out, and im e only person in the house. Kind of like this ambience, haha.

Anw, TGIF! plus happy children's day though i got no presents. It's a friday but it sure dun feels like one. Had been slogging so hard, everyday is such a torment. Went for dental today which means i get to change band colour. haha. I guess tat's e only joy cos following that is the acute tightness in ur teeth, u cant chew cos e friction hurts like MAD, for days. Im like in agony now but still quite determined to eat the bag of chips in front of me. But my next appt is like after 'A' which seems so long away yet so near. *sigh*

Okay, fine. I give up trying to eat the chips. *pain!* Prelims feels like eons years away but i realised it ended only last friday.

Thinking abt sch sucks. Shall give myself a little treat- having bff day-out tmr with jaz n cherie. Excited x 100 000 000... =D

Anyway,went to bowl with x after prelims on sat. I guess that's the best way to knock out all the not-so-plesant emotions in you. Caught wall street as well. It's watchable, okay, but slightly draggy with alot of econs terms. The gal quite pretty to watch too.

Went to chill out with bf on sunday. Pictures below. Had a pic-a-nic and i prepared the food all by myself. =) okay la. bf helped with the potato salad. Im damn proud of myself, even my mummy said that my salad is yummy. =D Didnt do much the entire day, just laid by the beach which is probably the best thing to do after exams. Sun tanning plan failed though cos it was really cloudy. Didnt even get a tint darker. Poor bf had to study for his test though so i just self entertain. But i wonder what's wrong with the sea, got alot of floating saeweed/sea grass thingy. Plus the soil was like sticky and goey. Quite disgusted. Yucks. Good day spent minus all the small unhappy episodes. Just self-filter off all the unhappy events, den everyday will be a happy day. =)
