RISE & SHINE



one of e earliest time
i ever woke up on a wkend.
supposed to meet wendy n ced at 8.30am
but guess i was realli tired.
woke up @ 7.50 n told myself i have 30min more
woke up @ 8.05 n told myself i have 10min more.
in e end i didnt wake up until
ced called me.
if he doesnt i probably nv wake up.
haha. piang out of home
n met them at e park near wendy's hse
den we started our workout.
one round is like 400m.
so ced was damn power
cos he persisted n ran 2.4km.
i was quite lazy
so i onli ran 2 rds.
nvm. must take things one step a time.
one rd more every wk.
my sbj is seriously bad.
so we've decided to
go park one wk.
n gym e other wk.
i hope we can realli do that.
i want to be fit!



at abt 9.40+ am after workout
we went to have bkfast together at market area.
had a little exploring session ard e neighbourhood.
i think e bkshop n ck there quite happening.
haha.
went ntuc n bought drinks
me n ced drank milk
n wendy bought fruit juice.
healthy start today.



at home now.
quite energetic but im not sure abt later
halfway thrgh redox now.
must thx mr lim. co he's super nice
n went thrgh redox for 10min with me ytd
or else i'll still be super stuck now.
but e thing with redox is
once u get e eqn wrong.
everyting's wrong.
so irritating.
n e redox quiz is on tue.
AHH!



co ytd was sweaty lo.
was prac-ing near e pe staffrm
but there was a match gg on.
so we cldnt hear ourselves.
so we moved to outside e hall
den to e other side of e hall
den eventually to e linkway from e hall to e f-block.
super faraway plus have to help move
all e instruments stands n stuff.
was perspiring like mad when we settled down.
e song yin shang hong is killing me.
super high pitch n so my little finger is super poor thing.
ytd' one of e most hiong prac.
now all my fingertips po pi alr.



nuff said.
shall start on pi.
