Feel really healthy these day. It's like im back in jc times where i was quite fit due to forced jogging during pe lessons. My tummy isnt exactly flat but it's relatively tamed. hahaha.

Tried to have a breakthrough every session n ended up jogging 3.6kim like cross-country. How amazing! But all e apn kids blocking our way is kind of frustrating and i was on e verge of exploding. Good thing jogging is quite a draining thing so i didnt have much strength to scream at them.

My mum is quite weird. She complained that i shld quit joggin bcos im already very skinny.  *raise eyebrow*

friday!

Another healthy day before hitting the wkends (little sleep, constant eating n spending money. tsk tsk).

Went jogging with jogging buddy @themonkeypoo on our usual route (tamp via park connector to pasir ris park) Kind of like jogging under the dark sky compared to the hot and humid afternoon. Although it's not as if we've ran alot but i think it's quite a feat for us considering that he's nua-ing at home/busy with tuition and driving and me working from 9-6pm which is really exhausting.Taking time out to work out is HUGE THING. Could really feel our strides getting wider than we started n breathing more smoothly while running. Running is still quite a dread though. ha! n we we were thinking how shocked wen wld be when she join us jogging when she's back. =x

But the best part of our jogging session is actually the post-jogging activity! Turns out today was an extremely hungry day and we had 2 sticks of old chang kee each n bubbletea. To minimise the guilt, we abstained from ordering pearls which are super strachy and full of carbs. But actually it didnt really matter since our aim of jogging was to keep fit > lose weight. Hee.
