brows oh brows

Clearly, some things that happen to us in life help to prove to us how important public relations is in every organisation.

Went for a tweezing session together with my sister at Browhaus Tampines, just like usual. But today's session was quite terrible. The worst thing that can happen to anyone is to step into a shop expecting a professional service and advice, but end up with a newbie who doesn't even know what she's doing. Especially so when you are at their mercy, like cutting hair etc when there's NO TURNING BACK

Both of us have ended up less than satisfying eye brows. Unbalanced actually and I really feel like I could have done a better job myself. Good thing is I have fringe to cover it up. That's just too bad for my sister. Haha. It's was so bad we combined efforts to write in to browhaus thereafter. We could have told her off there and then but the staff was standing at the counter when we were asked how it was and we were polite enough to smile at her with rage burning inside.

Sometimes you really need to trust your gut feeling. When you feel like someone is not competent enough or is able to reach an understanding with you.. Please please please, do not be hesitant to ask for another staff!
