I'm like bursting with anger now. RAH! It's not easy to conduct a double period lesson all by urself when u only knew abt it like 5 min before e lesson, n when u kind of lost touch with the syllabus alr. Furthermore it's a higher order thinking skill tat lower sec might not be able to handle. What made it worst is their discipline issues. Is it so hard to stfu n listen. Been super tolerant alr. Ask them to read, they talk. Tried to help them go through the series of events since they werent reading, they talk. No freaking contextual knowledge how to cross reference?! So pissed that I was so tempted to walk out of the class. It's alr a difficult skill n I really nid lots of time to explain but they just kept yanking away. I had to kept stoping the lesson which I totally hate but the disruption is so great I can't be screaming n shouting amidst the noise right. It's so unfair to those who are listening n I really really hate it. Really does do them justice to be situated on the ground floor where the discipline department is located. N the freaking tcher I dislike dunno come in for what. She's just an invisible figure in the room. Bloody hell. In not even nie trained. She is ok. N yet all she does is stand at the back n chit chat with the students. Shldnt I be pissed! Of cos i have to thank her for giving me the freedom and not interfering with my teaching but sometimes u nid to know when u shld step in n give a little help u know.

They're not scared of me I know, I might not be super clear in my explanation. But Im sure every bit of help does make a difference right. Plus i think I still deserve the respect, maybe not as a teacher, but at least as someone a few yrs more senior than them in terms of age right. It's just ridiculous. It's like I can't even do credit to my teaching capability at all. RAH!!! N I dun know how to account to the history teacher alr. Why can't we swop n i take the sec 1 class instead.

No wonder teachers get high blood pressure. I think I should stop being bothered with them. I care abt their learning, abt their eoy, but if they think they can talk their way through exams y shld I care. Seriously.

Brought fatty SWIMMING today. Haha! Went to singapore swimming club and the baby pool is HUGE and super FUN even for someone who's hydrophobic. There's a fake waterfall in the middle, mushroom shooting water on the right and jacuzzi area on the extreme left. Fatty wore her sexy red and white polka dotty one piece swimsuit. So sexy. hahaha. shall not post it here. =X

It's her second time in the pool and she's quite getting better today. She was wailing so badly the previous time. Must be cos i not with her. Heeheehee.

Tagged along to my bro-in-law's shop after that n met bf there since i was too lazy to take a train myself to meet him. =p Anw my b-i-l owns a cue stick/pool/billard related shop so there's this table in his shop to demo watever to his customers. So ended up trying to play. Trying, cos im really bad. N we both earned a free lsn from him. He's gd! Like really, nv knew that. hahaha. But i got bored after awhile cos my arm really quite tired hence the zipai-ing.

Had dinner at this jap restaurant after that. The pasta not very nice though. =/

Had tuition in the morning. My kid is damn funny n super not shy in front of me. Cos he always wears his pj when we have tuition. lol! Anw his mum told me to put in an hour more to coach his sister eng. So puzzled until after that he told me his prelims results after that. But i wldnt take credit for his improvement. Lol! How much difference can 8 lessons make, really? But oh well. I got another student alr. Hahaha.

Went to meet bf n his family n ikea after lunch. I think it's an age thing ba. Somehow gals want to have their own privacy. Lol. So bf's sis 'chase' him out of the room n now they both got their own room. Hahaha. So went ikea to get stuff to do up their room. It was SO SO SO CROWDED. Impossible to walk a single step without rubbing shoulders with anyone. Wanted to eat the soft serve ice cream but the q was SO LONG. Sad.

Anw his mum asked me to stay for dinner which is akin to seeing shooting stars. LOL. She nv dared to cook when im ard for dinner. =X

TERACOTTA WARRIORS

Went to visit the ACM today. N it sure feels different to be gg to a museum when u're a history teacher and all the things you see are so relevant to what u're teaching in school. =o Well, our main aim was the terracotta warriors. Nv knew bin ma yong was called terracotta in english. =p

Btw it was SUPER crowded with locals n vistors.

Was greeted by a series of modern interpretation of tradtional warriors. Quite funny. Like the guanyin lookalike holding a laptop, warriors al wearing earpiece etc.

It's amazing what technology can do. They actually have this acm app you can dl n it provides a 3d view when u point ur cam at specific symbols ard the museum. N u can follow the animation n go thrgh the story of what actually happens. So incredible right! N fyi ALOT of ppl were using it, really tells u how many ppl in the world's actually using iphone.

Trained back to tamp after that n i seriously cldnt believe my luck. I met my ex n he was standing right behind me on the escalator. I saw him looking at me but i jus looked away. So ungracious right. =X Seriously, im over it, but i just cldnt bring myself to say hi. Maybe someday...

Then met ced at cs n he gave me a shock when he popped out from nowhere. But what's that shock compared to the one before right. lol.

Then then i met my ex bf as in bestfren. Totally felt like killing myself. N he still introduced me to his gf. That's akin to giving me a stab at the back ok.

Anw, bf told me that they'll be gg on a cruise for cny next yr since they're not supposed to celebrate cny. N his mum actually asked if i want to tag along. =D I wont be gg of cos but that's not e point right... Hee...

Oh well, what an eventful day... Shall rest early. Tuition tmr....

Woken by the heavy rain n I so wanted to just sleep in. Good thing I didn't on the aircon e night before if not I wld have been froze to death. Took the bus to sch instead. Rain was mad heavy when I left e house. Anw I dunno if I'm lucky or unlucky, I only have one period of lsn at 1210. Which means that I've been rotting in e office since 7am. Super duper busy today n the days to come. =( All thanks to external evaluation from moe. So tchers wld be in n out of class. N i kind of figured out that im the only relief tcher in the sch other than e 3 adjunct tchers that i know of. I had 8 out of 12 periods today. RAHH... But at least upper sec r not that rowdy n wont talk rubbish. Just thinking of my sec 2 class tmr n i feel like strangling them alr. =S

Anw fatty is super adorable n getting fatty-ier. Hee. N she can roll over alr. Cant crawl yet though. =))

Supposedly my last wk in esss but oh well. Sch commencement date got postponed. =(( Super sucky. Shall take it as a sign to save more money before sch starts ba. How sad. Im really getting quite sick of the ppl n students there alr. RAH! But u wldnt want to find other jobs after working at one which allows u to get home latest by 230pm, not much transportation costs and allows u to read/do leisure stuff half the time u're working?

Anw, assembly got cancelled today idk y, but it means that i only had 2 periods today. Shiok or wat. N i finished my book alr. 6th book ever since i started working i think, which means in a span of say slightly less than 2 months? Bookworm or wat. If only i was this hardworking when im studying. Lol.

Love sunday cos it's a wkend, but hates it bcos there's work/sch e nxt day.

Spent e day lazing at mcafe, just reading a book, leting time slip away, having each others' companion. I love to drink coffee! but been trying to abstain from it cos it'll stain my teeth n it's so hard to clean when u have braces. =( But decided to let loose on a sunday. Hee. Always share cake with somebody, dun be greedy, cos u'll feel sick after a while. Haha. Too cheezzy n not nutty enough. But still quite delectable la.

Anybody watches 9pm show on chn 8. Saw the kimberly gal tat acts as ah ya in the show, studying at mac. She's much skinner n more bimbotic in person. =x Thght she was my age, but she's only in sec 4. =o Feel so old... But i look young! =D

Went home to catch a ride to my grandma's places cos we're celebrating her bday. Celebrated earlier cos my 2 cousins were supposedly gg back to china soon as their vacation's ending. N bcos my dad's car cldnt fit all of us, he drove his bike den my sis's bf took my dad's car n drove us there. His driving sucks, n he stalled twice. lol! Makes me miss driving so much. =(( Miss being on the road, miss the speed, miss being in control. *pout* can money pls drop from e sky...

Anw went to have this at this restaurant near my ah ma's place. N e food sucks. N e thing is we ate at e same place last yr, it sucks, n then they booked e same place this yr. -.- Waste of money. N everyone was using iphone while waiting for food to come. oh man. All IT slaves. I think im one too. =x

I heard my uncle calling him n i thght he was making fun of him cos he really look as though he's trying to imitate show's style. But after that i saw e name tag n it's really tat! But shall just take it with a pinch of salt. Those ppl in service sector can put any name they want on e name tag anw. lol.

Super random but ended up spending at wildwildwet. Surprisingly, it's much more crowded than i thght. If not for my bf, i'll prolly nv step into that place. =X Feel like lazing ard so started the day with countless rounds in the lazy pool sitting on the huge float. Love the luxury of time. Then, bf got bored n insisted that we do some exciting rides. =S But i was really in a laid back mood n so he let me off n we didnt have to take e slide up. =X Ended the day having learnt how to do a breast stroke n freestyle with the help of a float. lol. That's wat u get for having a lifeguard bf- getting forced to try n get comfort in e water when u're hydrophobic. Haha.

Anw we went to buddy hoagies for dinner n im so gonna BOYCOTT that place. Food sucks! Service shitty! They r fastest when u nid to get ur bills. Waited super long for the food and when e food came, it wasnt hot at all. Super wth. Shld have just sticked to all time fave-pastamania. =S

Been out after sch almost everyday this week in a bid to avoid all the drilling downstairs. The noise just just deafening! N poor fatty can hardly slp at home.

On an airport expedition today n fatty got a new throne- e airport's baby sitter. Super useful and fatty loves it! Think she's super overwhelmed by the swirls of colours. Sitting at e viewing mall now while fatty catches some sleep. But I have no idea why thus group of other nationality ppl wants to come n sit beside us, breaking the serenity. RAH!
