Spent a homely xmas, xmas at jq's home ytd. Supposed to be a potluck dinner but gathering with like 7 guys, what do u think. Mostly bought drinks, alcohol to be exact, some ordered pizza, some tabao-ed dessert from wherever. At least jx brought made-with-love hotdog buns. Haha. And me n bf brought apple crumble(his masterpiece) and potato salad(super safe) which we spent like a few hours at my house previously, cooking up a storm, literally. Haha.

N after enduring for so long, my tube broke again while eating the pizza. Tsk. $5.70 gone for a tiny mental tube less than 2cm in length. Oh well... It's like the nth time already anw.

N u know what happens with all these guys who r alcoholic and clubber-holic. They DRINK, like ALOT. Think they finish like 2/3 bottles of red wine, some sake and who knows what since i wasnt looking. Me is liang jia fu nv so decided to do something more intellectual than drinking and playing finger guessing games. Which ends up to be mahjong. N i totally got scammed when i sat down bcos they were playing mj, involving money, AKA GAMBLING. You know how when u say u really suck n then e whole table reply that they're not good either. YA RIGHT! I was catching no balls n just kept paying money to whoever and for whatever reason. Santa claus on xmas. Until like a few hrs later n i swear i only had like a dollar left (started with 20 bucks btw), when bf decided to check on me ( drink drink drink, n forgot abt me. tsk) , when he took over n recoup a little for me during the last win. Thank god i lost only 7bucks. Lesson learnt, all set for new year mj ( @ced,joel,jh) hahaha!

Had xmas exchange which always takes quite awhile, all the reallocation bcos somehow somebody just had to pick their own gift. HAHA! Finally got our present n i guess bf n i haven been gd cos our gifts are how-do-i-say, UNIQUE. USB fan for bf n i got a alien organiser which is the size of a tissue box. hahaha. I guess xmas is indeed the season of giving, n to enjoy the joy of getting gifts for ppl.

Cldnt decided where/wat to do after that n eventually e guys decided on summerbreeze at pr park, which is like a bar in case u dunno. (Told u they were alcoholics). Ha! Set off in 3 diff cabs so had some time in btween. So the guys ended up playing all the rides we all used to play when we were much younger. Nostalgic. How all the memories came flowing back... It kind of makes me smile.

N then we went to have bkfast @mac at the new sports recreation centre. Quite a pretty place. N i reached home in the morning like 7am when everyone was abt to embark on a fresh new day. haha

Me is an angsty commuter. Had lunch at tamp after tuition n was abt to make my way to sch when i realised that red line was down. The worst thing is the screens located at lvl 1 died so the only time u know red line's trains r not workin is when u alr tapped in. How annoying! Did some mental calculation and figured out my best bet was to take express 518 to town. City hall would be probably be trapped with lots of ppl wanting to catch the free shuttles by then.

Bus took dino yrs to come n den it decided to be like the train n underperform, travelling at like say 30kph on a freaking flyover. Which eventually made me 60MIN LATE FOR LSN! WTH!

Officially hate smrt but totally cnt boycott it bcos im such a road idiot, i rely on the train for dear life.

DAMN IT!

What a bad day but at least got to meet mav,fel,tl (all together) finally! Didnt do anything actually, just had to sit ard, talk rubbish n it felt like we were back in jc days. It's so nostalgic, not that i miss anything abt studying in a jc. But let me say this ONE MORE TIME. NO MORE ARMY TALKS!!! RAH!

I know it's ironic. But at times, i feel like im still not mature/old enough to be in a r/ship. I knw it've been like freaking 36 months. But the sense of helplessness, uncertainties and pessimism still overpower me at times. You think it's easy to love? It is. But to trust, to have faith and to hold on in times of ups and downs can be a daunting task. Like what ppl always like to say, 'it's easy to fall in love but maintaining it, is another issue altogether'. There's much truth in it.

im no expert. i made/make wrong decisions, i lose rationale, i become emotional like a mad woman...

It's funny how ppl lose their mind when it comes to matters of the heart. We all become amateurs all of a sudden (unless u're a player).

We all learn along the way and grow(old) together...

went changicity point to explore with gk after work. Main aim was to go to bookfair at expo hall. n guess what! i was expecting mountains of ppl, long q at the cashier n ppl lugging handfuls of books. In contrary, it was kind of empty, lots of space to move ard, waiting time for cashier-bout 1min. =O gk's comment was CUI. LOL! So shocking. But even better this way! Got lots n lots of nice new pretty books ard. :) Bought 8 books including 1 for fatty cos i really cldnt manage the weight anymore. Hee!

Finally got to check out the mall after getting all my loots. Changicity mall is so PWETTY! Really nice place to shop with all the outlet stores. Had dinner at the food court. Alright la...

Then we checked out the water playground located just outside the food court. So cute! N looks fun too. Im too tall(for once) for it though. =p

my bday boy's 20th bday. Arranged for his classmates to meetup for lunch. Was supposed to be a surprise but this kpo boy kept looking over my shoulder when i was exchanging texts with them so he kind of guessed it alr. Tsk.

Went to j's new hse after that for his bday(too) cum hsewarming celebration. Had free food-so so only. N den just hang ard. Rot a little before REALLY REALLY LONG later, they decided to catch "na xie nian" together. But bf n i watched alr so we caught arthur's xmas instead. It was SO SO SO adorable. Feel so christmasy n I LOVE X'MAS :))

of uneven roads n bad traffic

3d2n mini getaway with bf to KL, away from work, all the stress and uncertainties in reality. Probably my last holiday trip before sch starts next month. Oh man!

Anw took grassland bus which was quite comfy. Looked ard n realised tat we were the only young ppl onboard. =X The rest were mostly old couples gg for the trip or just msian who were on their way back home. Traffic was relatively good, not much jam :)

The driver played movie on the tiny tv right in front of the bus. Was so tiny, we took to slping n listening to ipod instead.

6 hours later we finally reached kl. The traffic in msia was really bad. Lots of jam, untidy rows of cars n reackless driving. =S

Spent most of the time at the shopping malls. Just within walking distance from our hotel, there's like 5 malls alr. =O If you think walking the whole stretch of malls from orchard to sommerset or vice versa, try just one mall in kl. Took us practically the whole day!

Caught twilight there n it was realtively CHEAPER! N one medium popcorn plus drink plus 6 nuggets cost only like 6 bucks.

I think i'll feel so much richer if i stay in msia. But i'll probably die from the traffic! Zebra crossings or pedestrian crossings are just ornaments. No drivers put them to heart, seriously. N the thing i hate most is jaywalking in such dangerous situations. Tsk.

Nothing much actually but it's amazing how holiday just made u more excited abt each day n to see life in a different way :))

It's a lazy sunday. Practically stayed at home the whole day unless u think gg out for tuition counts. J came over in the morning to pick up stuff from C and then walked over to pick up books from me. Chit chat awhile and den hurray! i got a lift to tuition cos he drove today and my tuition kid stays nearby. I got a nice fren :)

Feels weird today cos i haven seen my tuition kids for like 2 weeks. N i wont see them next wk either. PSLE results coming out next wk n hopefully all's best for him. Apparently he told his mum that he wants me to coach him with math n sci in addition to eng n chi. Hahaha! I initially thght he finds my lsns boring. But that wld mean 4hrs of lsns on sundays... GOSH! My mummy says that i'll turn into a skeleton soon with work from mon-to-fri 830-6pm plus tuition on sat n sun mornings n when sch starts 7-10pm lsns. @.@

Oh ya. After bout 2 weeks at work, my supervisor actually offered me a perm position in the company. But judging from my schedule, i'll really reduce to bags of bones at e end of it. Plus i hate e responsibilities that comes with being a perm. Temps come and go which suits me pretty fine. Hate the feeling of being restrained and bonded. So well...

Anw had tuition ytd with my p1 kid n he was wearing specs! So cute! He gave this bashful smile when i laughed at him. Haha! N when there's a speck of dust on e lens he insisted that they were germs. N he was super liberal when he needed to settle some big business. He look at me with a straight face n told me he needed to go pass motion. Hahaha. Pass motion sounded funny, kind of strange even, cos we're much used to hearing e word shit. =x

The world is super small i swear. Left for tuition n met my junior at the void deck. Guess what he was doing with another guy. SMOKING! In uniform btw. N he had the cheek to say hi to me n talk to me! This is atrocious! I mean of cos i do understand that smoking is a habit n it's not likely that if i tell him not to do it he wont, but i cant possibly talk to him like nth's wrong right. That's beyond me. So he got a earful from me, too bad.

Met bf in the late afternoon n went to vivo since he was in the vicinity. But too bad i wasnt n i was nua-ing so happily at home when he was done. So he reached like an hr before me :p Love the stretch of shops with fox, f21, aldo, zara, gap... u get where im referring to. N i found 2 new places where i can get shoes! gapkids n zarakids! But i hate winter/fall collections. Got to wait till spring's here.

Caught happyfeet2 @gv max. The threatre's huge n really spacious! Haven been there to catch movies for like AGES. happyfeet2 is like the perfect movie for kids. Loads of them in e theatre. happyfeet2 is mainly abt the father and son relationship n eric is SO CUTE, e voice that is. I find it a little flat, lots of singing, dancing, tapping of feet like always.

anw i still cant figure out wat to get for bf's bday. SOS!

I can totally understand y some ppl refuse to watch local productions.

'The Oath' on chn 8 started out pretty well, but the problem with local dramas is that they tend to have ridiculous storylines. Seriously, how can a passionate doctor get blinded by greed and fame so easily n become so despicable overnight?

I bet they'll have silly endings as well.

Went dental today n i've got red brackets for xmas! =)

Dentist was super duper efficient today. I think the whole thing from registering to tightening, to making new appt took less than 15min! =0

Was waiting to get my next appt date set when i heard someone calling me. Turned ard n saw my ex students. Apparently we have the same dentist. The world's so small.

To prove that point, i met another student while having lunch at nex with gk in the afternoon. Usu i wld brush aside surveyors but bcos he's my students so i've got no choice. =/ The weird thing is i've only been to their class to relief a couple of lessons, but they still rmb me. Goes to show how often their tchers werent ard. =x

But it's rather heartwarming to know that they still bother to say hi and acknowledge your presence bos they cld have jus walk right past u like any stranger on the streets.

Another babysitting day.

My sis had to go to office to finish up her freelance work so i had to take care of fatty again. Good thing she's really chirpy and cooperative today.

Watched some telly, played a little den fed her some yummy grandma-made sweet potato porridge. N she LOVES it! So scared that i might over feed her.

Den played somemore. Changed her smelly diapers.

Now she's down with grandpa for her favourite daily stroll.

So i finally have time to eat my lunch.

It's funny how i dun feel hungry at all actually.

It's a stay-at-home-be-my-mummy tuesday. Sis had to go for press check @damn-far caldecott to link her high res pictures. Whatever that means with all the jargons that i dun quite get. To cut the story short, it means that i got to babysit fatty for half a day.

Sis left at 2pm when she/we finally coax fatty to bed in her cute sarong, the thingy that bounces. But with all the annoying drilling downstairs, n fatty being a light sleeper, had to have her stay in my sight round e clock jus in case she stirs.

Sis wld usu be dying to get away from her but today she complains that she's having anxiety from separating with fatty. Nonsense much. Ha.

Fatty was wailing so loudly in her slp, i had to wake her up. Must be some really bad monsters in her nightmare. Poor girl...

Watched some silly show on okto while i fed her bread. Fatty loves to eat nonsense

Daddy came home at 3-ish n fatty wailed so loudly, refusing to let my dad go put down his bag before picking her up. She must be real bored of me. Hurhur.

Daddy went down to get some errands done n den e worst thing on earth happened. Smelled something stinko, check her diapers. Guess what i saw- GOLD. GOLD POO! Damn it. Second time i cleaned her poo ok. Ultra smelly i almost fainted. =S

Im the world's nicest ah yi.

Daddy got back n brought her down for her daily stroll.

So now it's ME-time before fatty's back. Got to heat up her milk, clean her up later, feed her milk, n den coax her to bed.

Gosh! Being childless isnt that bad i guess.

monday no-blues

Monday today but it feels like tuesday since i didnt see bf on sun. Gloomy day with the heavy downpour in the early afternoon. Feels duper good to be rotting at home on a Monday.

Feeling lazy but with LOTS of mental strength and self persuasion, went to ndc to get my dangling and poking wire problem solved before fri's trip. So crowded surprisingly and waited for like an hr.

Met up with gk, ran some errands n den had dinner together @pastamania. Pasta was slightly below standard, must be bcos of the huge crowd the chef just anyhow. Cheesy crumble too dry, aglio olio too oily n spicy. =/ But the garlic bread is yums, esp after u make them heat up for u. =)

Buffet dinner at todai @mbs after work today. Thought the boss drives to work initially but she didnt. Cabb-ed to mbs and the driver uncle was so eager to start conversation, in mandrian. So only the boss n i cld understand. But the conversation was totally pointless. -.-

Reached the place n it was flooded with ppl! Mostly tourists i suppose. Wide array of food from all sort of cusines. Western, japanese, korean, chinese, deep fried, grilled, seafood... Totally spoilt for choice.

But i guess there's only so much you can eat, before u can sick of them even though there are like super yummy n fresh.

I think the best way to know ppl is really to have meals together. Bcos u cant help but have to make some small talks no matter wat. Didnt talk much cos i dunno wat to say but it's nice to hear n listen to adults' stories.

Oh well... Yummy meal, albeit a little sinful n e meal is as much as my one day's wage. =O

eye doc

Had tuition at 11 today instead of the usual 10am, which means i cld slp in for an additional hr. Shiok! But not much diff since i slpt at 4am hours before. My brain was like not working at all throughout the whole session. Haha.

Rotting at fel's house now. Supposed to drop her my gc n head home, but apparenly that didnt happen. Still rotting here. Hee. N that's how i spent my entire sunday.

saturday/
Educational trip at sp today. Helped out cd with his clinical modules after tuition today, which equals to free eye checkup. The downside, sore backside from sitting down for 3HOURS. Been eons years since i last checked my eyes and my specs was like from more than 4 years. =O Not like i wear them though.

Anw got checked by cd's female fren and i swear she came so near i could smell her. =/ n it's kind of awkward. Ha. But i guess getting checked by a gal is better than getting done by a guy. Started off with the normal routine-read the row of alphabets on the screen with ur left n right eye respectively den getting checked by the machine. But apparently e sch has much more gimmick. Check eyes reaction with light, accommodation, colour blindness etc. All i can rmb is lots of equipments and lots of qns ans going back n forth, n ALOT ALOT of BLINDING LIGHTS FLASHING. Almost wanted to push her away cos it's so annoying.

Thebest thing is you get to find out for urself how professional optometrist does it cos the tcher will come in, do the exact same stuff on u so that he can counter-check the student's reading. The tcher is so quick n succinct in his checking. N he could tell that i had eczema by looking at my eyes. Totally amazing! Plus he was so SO gentle when he was pulling/pushing my eyelids unlike the student. Tsk.

But the most unbelievable thing is- he told me that i can throw my specs away cos i dun need specs at all. Great!

Was supposed to continue with contact lens fitting but dont you think it's ridiculous to try on contact lens when u dont need specs?! Lol! So tried cosmetic lens instead aka colour contacts. COOL MUCH! Nice BIG eyes! But it's too much discomfort for my ultra sensitive eyes.

They made it literal. Time becomes a currency. You finished up the time u have, u time-up, u die. It just brings forth the very real social problem in our everyday life-the widening income gap between the rich and poor.

Right, that's all im saying. Dun wanna be a spoilsport for those who's planning to watch.

Back at bf's hse and caught "Real Steel". Father and son story and it's equally heartwarming.

Met up with gk today. It's been like so so so long... Went retail therapy @bugis, chill out, n update each other. N it's amazing how much u find out after each meetup. Hahaha.

Anw, made her tag along with me to some indoor bbq with ppl she dunno. I bet she thinks that they're the most bizarre ppl she've met n she probably dunno y im associated with them. Haha! I know right... Anw stayed out till almost midnight before we left. N we stink like mad!

It gets harder to get out of bed as the days goes. It's finally friday tmr. Expecting to go home early since the kids start exams tmr. WOHOO!

I might just be out of job nxt tues on. My boss conveniently forgot to brief me abt the upcoming schedule till i asked. Good job! I wonder if it's a teacher disease. The sec3 tcher always told me she wld send me her lsn plans, ws, ans, watever to my email. But seriously, till now, she nv did. N yet she's always saying the same time. Watever!

Anw it's Yay! and Oh no! Getting away from all the kids. Haha. But times flies or maybe not. It feels like forever though it've been only 3 months+. Yet, it feels so nostalgic when u know the end is near. Ha. Ironic much. Find the kids quite funny these days. My sec 2 small gal telling me im cute when she's actually the small n cute one. Hah. N my sec1E guys singing songs for me in class; students asking me y i didnt go in class when i have relief duties. I wld ask them if they miss me in a jokingly manner, n surprisingly they wld say yes. Funny right! N another sec1N boy telling me he cant believe that some sec2 kids said that i was pretty n he thght that it's the biggest joke in life. Lol!

I wld probably think of them some point in time after i quit but till then, i think sec sch kids r a nuisance n they stink, literally.

What a day to start the week...

1. 5 min before lsn, history tcher walked to me, asked me to take e class for double history lsn with zero instructions but with the help of 3 guidebooks. How nice! Class was still in holiday mood even though eoy starts this fri, refuse to cooperate, resort to annoying off-lights-and-fans method but to no avail. Give up, dun wanna give a damn, sent 2 boys down to discipline comm. RAH!

2. 5min before period, geo tcher texted me to go down to brief me on the lsn. Passed me some notes to go through with them on coasts, which i dun even rmb learning. Speed read the whole chapter in 5 min, go to class, n pretend to teach in conviction. Kill me! Anw brought the geo txtbook home to study today. -.-

I think they nid to realise that im not nie-trained n i nid time to prepare lsns. -.-

3. Had assembly today. With a weird tcher singing a too long version of this -i-cnt-rmb-e-name song in phantom of the opera. @.@ N one whole assembly on the eoy. Like how u cant cheat, school rules etc. I think they nid to hear twice a yr-moy&eoy, which means sec 4s listened to this talk for 8 times alr. WTS seriously. i cld have camp in the staffroom to do my own stuff.

On a lighter note, jus got back from a jog at the park with ced. Feel so healthy! Not very vigorous but i guess it's a good start towards a healthier lifestyle. LOL! More to come i hope...

Had tuition as usual on sat morning with my naughty-but-really-cute-n-innocent p1 boy. No matter what he does, nth beats slping on the floor and refusing to get up during last week's session. So i think today's session is relatively productive cos i know what he's weakness is alr. He loves to read encylopedia and start asking me random science related qns. "Why got thunder?", "What is a bulb"... So funny right. Kept getting sidetracked. So i let him read one paragraph of the book for every set of completed qns that i assign him to finish up. Works! yay. =))

Supposed to meet bf after that but things took a turn of event. Ha! Super dramatic. Apparently his aunt works at the e swiss club n there's this oktoberfest event (aka Germany beerfest). It actually started from wed alr, lasting till sun, n his aunt was short of manpower. Bf helped out the previous yr so i know how occupied he wld be. Hence, instead of not seeing my bf for 2 days straight, i decided that i wld rather get tired. So got roped in to help out.

It was really tiring ok. 2pm till 2am, but dun forget packing up time. Sat was so called adult night. All the drinking and merry making. Seriously. 90% were angmohs n they were so in their own world. Jumping up n down on benches, tables, everywhere. I was kind of afraid that the benches n tables will give way. Oh ya, our main job was to man the souvenirs booth. N mind you, they were really EX. But u'll see the angmohs buying like free. Some got so drunk they started buying rubbish, talking gibberish to you, or cant even tear n count the coupons. Lol! The security cum bouncer was our best fren. Keeps us safe from harassments. Haha. N the aircon uncle help us to adjust the aircon when we're really cold cos the place was FREEZING. Today this angmoh guy came in with bookletS of coupons, amounting to $650 n he asked me what can he buy. Im like O.O. Alot of stories to tell.. HA! Anw all the men wore cowboy style clothes with suspenders n high socks, while the women wore milkmaid clothes. Even kids. Super adorable! Wonder where they got their clothes. Me wants them too!

Spent the night at bf's aunt's spa which was in the club. So fascinating! Cos i haven been in one. Haha! There were 3 massage bed so the boys had to slp on the floor. =p Bf's sis n i were trying all the facial products, getting amazed at all e equipments. Had supper aka cup noodles together when all e rest of them were aslp. Dun understand y they werent hungry. Haha. Ended up being the last to slp at 4.30am cos bf's sis n i were chit chatting. =o

So ended up slping for 4h cos nid to set up booth by 9am. =S So exhausting! N my flats spoil liao. Emo max.. but time to get new ones. Retail therapy! But it's so hard to get shoes my size. Bohoo...

Anw we got to eat the german buffet which the angmohs paid like more than 70 bucks for. Quite yummy but so caught up with work, so only got to eat a little. Pity... HA!

Bf's parents came to pick us up after that. So nice right... The club is SO far away from home. N it feels foreign too. The vibe there is so... different. So laid back! Saw angmoh kids peeing by the trees. Lol!

What a wkend! Super jaded but it was bliss and fulfillment at best. :))

Super slpy now! That's just my body trying to get used to sch timing all over again. *yawnnn* Was thinking that tchers cant possibly be sick on the first day of sch which was quite right. But ended up got this tcher on reservist. *faints* Had to relief first 5 periods straight. POA somemore. N students still in their own world despite exam being less than a month away. What can i say...

Anw took over sec 3 geo lsn all by myself today n e tcher only told me 10 min before. =/ N she always like to ask me, " did u bring ur laptop today." Like pls la. dun even have connection i bring for wat. @.@ Lsn's alright today but they damn nua la. Think i too nice. Lol. But they so old alr i also dun want scold... Oh well, hope subsequent lsns wld be better...

Went dental after sch today. Appt supposed to be tmr morning but got sch tmr so heehee.. just crap n say teeth pain n all the nonsense n den got them to slot me in. =X But my doc change the way she tie the rubber thing n it's so freakin tied. N she finished so quickly i didnt even have time to remind her to clean my stains. Plus she damn lazy one. Everytime i ask her to clean she will say it'll still get dirty at the end of the day, wait till u take out ur braces all the rubbish. =S Like shower alr will still smelly, so dun nid shower at all izite?!

Izite just me or izite that this week really did just zoom past like that. Oh man... Today marks the last day of the sch holidays. End of unemployment that is, but i really wanna just continue rotting at home. Throat haven recover fully and all the discipline issues i'll need to handle tmr onwards just drained all the energy and optimism out of me. GOSH! #wakemeupwhensepends

Anw met bf for a little while just now after lunch. Went to addidas expo sale n today was the last day so didnt expect much. But it was damn crowded n running shoes were SO CHEAP! It's hard to argue whether u shld chiong first day or the last min instead bcos the price of the things gets cheaper with each passing day. However, sizes become limited after that. So well.. It's a trade off thing. Today sports shoes, adizero even, were gg at $40-60 bucks. Dirt cheap okay! Boohoo! dun have my size though. If only my feet was like a size bigger. Bf managed to get a pair of adizero for 40 bucks. So worth it right! Didnt manage to get any shoes but bought myself a blouse. Cheap thrill~

SATURDAY

Anw had tuition as usual first thing in the morning. Haven seen him for quite a while but he wasnt any more cooperative than ever. I swear he's stretching my patience to its max. Was so pissed i told e mum that i'll just have a 1h instead of the 1.5h session. Had to coax him to do every single qn it's so freakin tiring. I dun get paid alot btw. Check out what he did below... He just lie on the floor, close his eyes n refuse to get up. RAH!!! Anybody wants to take over?!

Met bf earlier bcos of that n went town. Finally got into H&M. It's gg to be my next fave place bcos there's so much potential loots in the kids' section. LOL! Size 4 shoes HURRAY! But cldnt get a good look at the stuff so basically went in to check out e place only. Gg to do serious shopping on a WKDAY when i dun have to q to get in, q to try clothes or q to pay. It's INSANE!

Caught crazy stupid love, finally. TOTALLY LOVE IT! N the babysitter got this really stunning look that is so super familiar, i kept asking bf which other movies she acted in. But cldnt figure out till ced texted me this afternoon. It was like enlightenment. LOL! She's the pretty gal in ANTM Cycle 13!!! N the hannah gal inside acted as a doctor in the drama house. N what's with josh groban participating in the movie. HAHA! GREAT MOVIE!! 5 stars despite the slight draggyness. =p

Had supper at prata after that bcos bf had craving for prata. Wasnt hungry at all but he convinced me to eat something. So much for commenting tat i look like i finally lost weight n den now im just eating all the calories n fats back. =/ Bf is very adventurous to try something that neither of us ate before-chapati. Not my cup of tea though. It's a little too doughy for my liking. =S

Had tuition today. AGAIN. I've seen my kid for 3 consecutive days n it's driving me nuts. Plus maybe bcos i jus woke up or wat, had really bad sinus throughout the whole lsn n it's super annoying. N when i see him writing 2a x 2a = 4a after explaining twice i feel like tearing him apart. Lol. Just kidding. Im a really patient person, really. Esp when im having an inflamed throat, there's no way to increase my volume. Hah. Surviving on pi pa gao sweets now =x

Decided to drop by charles n keith warehse sale at tai seng after that. Was slightly worried that i might get lost even though i used to work in the vicinity. But got out of the station n the huge ck banner was staring right in my face. Was debating which route was the nearest way to get there n then this really nice lady tapped my shoulder n asked me to take the other route. So nice right! Where to find such helpful ppl! Anw got to the place n the crowd was beyond description. Btw today is only the 2nd day of ck sale but it looks as though it's the last day. Kind of value for money for ck shoes, not dirt cheap of cos, but... no sizes alr. Emo or wat. So gonna chiong first day next time... lol.

Was giving eng tuition to one of my kid. So i asked her if she had any hol hw that she needs me to go thrgh. N guess what she took out... Math ws. I was like =/... But i did go thrgh some of e qns with her ok. Lol!

Wanted to get mcflurry ice cream to eat at 201 while walking home. Guess wat... Machine broke down n no ice cream AT ALL! What r e chances, really. Was having ultimate craving ok...

Decided to get nice teh bing from mr teh tarik instead cos i really needed something cold. Uncle told me $1.7, cash register wrote $1.70, paid $1.70 exact... BUT, the uncle returned me 70c n told me a string of words i cldnt make out. =S So just take it that he wanted to treat me n quickly siam home. Lol!

It's SCHOOL HOLIDAYS! No school/work today so went to do a 1day invigilation @mjc. For the fun of it. Anw invigilation sucks now cos there's no more breaks AT ALL. You r either in the hall or classroom. Anw i think i damn suay today. Kena the freaking tcher in this particular class im gg into. She an ULTIMATE BITCH! I swear i wanna slap her face every single time i see her. Nv liked her when i was in mjc, dun like her now, n wont EVER like her.

So what happen was, like all students shld know, examination in the hall nv seem to start on time. However, all those in the classroom managed to start on time. Hence, all EIs schedule got screwed up a little cos we were delayed in the hall. Fyi i was the first one to finish taking attendance n head for the classroom. So i walked in, give a PR smile even though i alr hated her from e beginning, n den she give her stupid face n said, "Please be on time." Like wtf. ur first time in mjc izite?! Dunno how it's like in the hall?! N she's super loserish. Subsequently for all the periods when we have to take over each other, she definitely come at least 5 mins late. Our break is go hall, her break is go office shake leg eh. *roll eyes* So after that when i exchanged shift with her i didnt even bother looking at her n jus her a straight face.

If u think that's e end of the story, u're wrong. If that's really the case, i wldnt have been so particular. So here, part 2. Was collecting the papers, n den counted them. So apparently, the papers have to be double signed by another person other than urself. So i dun understand why that bitch yee ( i think she shld be called bitch ewww) had to pick up my pile from amidst many other EIs' piles. So she said super loudly, " I think wrong eh." Couldnt even be bothered with her, just happily counting my other scripts. I counted twice fyi ok. She's such an attention seeker i dun think she's fit to be a civics tutor. She teaching all the wrong values man!

On a lighter note, ced n i GATECRASHED wen's nus lect today. LOL! The train journey there is simply unbearable, just e ride to outram for dental wld have gotten me whiny, what more b-vista. See, maybe taking my pte degree isnt that bad. It's only at bugis area. Hee. Anw started the day chasing for bus 95! Wen says the frequency is damn low so we better catch it so that we can have comfortable amt of time for a lunch before lect. Had lunch @arts canteen n the food is SO CHEAP! mjc food is simply overpriced max! N deck sells nice milo n ice lemon tea. =)

So set off for first lect- world religion- islam. I swear it sounded promising, but 1.5h lect is really too much to handle, esp since my brain haven been working for quite a long while. hah! n met maria at the lect. C was trying to spot her n then suddenly she went "im here," right under our eyes. Damn qiao. LOL!

Was on the way to the next lect n met CHERIE! So hilarious! She was screaming, laughing, jumping n hugging me when she saw me. She's so funny. =))

2nd lect was on international relation-nuclear warfare. I thght IR sounded much more interesting than islam, but i guess it's too abstract to understand. Wanted to leave halfway but we got sandwiched btwn students, plus that lecturer doesnt give break, plus she was so happy, so enthu, so passionate abt what she's teaching, i cldnt bear to walk out on her. Haha. So we did cheng thrgh the entire thing ok. N felt so drained. Oh ya. did i mention i only had 3.5h of slp.

Bought waffle n den made our way home. Long long journey.... Kind of glad i dun have to do this everyday nxt time. =p

Was so dying to get of the house after i got home. Just told him off in a fb msg, came back n i see him still in the house. So ultimate annoying. It's a sunday cant u 2 just get out of the hse, get out of my sight! RAH!

Plus my very nice fren, jx, helped me to get a super gd deal 500gb harddisk for me since i didnt have time to check it out. So helpful right! =)) Next time if i nid to get laptop i'll bring him along. hehehe

Frankly, i think you're quite a nice person, but it really gets on me when u stay over in MY room. In case she forgets, i do have a stake in that room. Maybe bcos i've been really tolerant, hence she takes it that im fine with it. But really, i do find it an invasion of my privacy. If u really really really needs a shelter over ur head, i do think there's plenty of room in the living room than my tiny room.

Pardon me for my impoliteness/being straightforward, but i do think it's pertinent to make myself comfortable in my own house, room for that matter. Just so you know.

I'm like bursting with anger now. RAH! It's not easy to conduct a double period lesson all by urself when u only knew abt it like 5 min before e lesson, n when u kind of lost touch with the syllabus alr. Furthermore it's a higher order thinking skill tat lower sec might not be able to handle. What made it worst is their discipline issues. Is it so hard to stfu n listen. Been super tolerant alr. Ask them to read, they talk. Tried to help them go through the series of events since they werent reading, they talk. No freaking contextual knowledge how to cross reference?! So pissed that I was so tempted to walk out of the class. It's alr a difficult skill n I really nid lots of time to explain but they just kept yanking away. I had to kept stoping the lesson which I totally hate but the disruption is so great I can't be screaming n shouting amidst the noise right. It's so unfair to those who are listening n I really really hate it. Really does do them justice to be situated on the ground floor where the discipline department is located. N the freaking tcher I dislike dunno come in for what. She's just an invisible figure in the room. Bloody hell. In not even nie trained. She is ok. N yet all she does is stand at the back n chit chat with the students. Shldnt I be pissed! Of cos i have to thank her for giving me the freedom and not interfering with my teaching but sometimes u nid to know when u shld step in n give a little help u know.

They're not scared of me I know, I might not be super clear in my explanation. But Im sure every bit of help does make a difference right. Plus i think I still deserve the respect, maybe not as a teacher, but at least as someone a few yrs more senior than them in terms of age right. It's just ridiculous. Brought fatty SWIMMING today. Haha! Went to singapore swimming club and the baby pool is HUGE and super FUN even for someone who's hydrophobic. There's a fake waterfall in the middle, mushroom shooting water on the right and jacuzzi area on the extreme left. Fatty wore her sexy red and white polka dotty one piece swimsuit. So sexy. hahaha. shall not post it here. =X

It's her second time in the pool and she's quite getting better today. She was wailing so badly the previous time. Must be cos i not with her. Heeheehee.

Tagged along to my bro-in-law's shop after that n met bf there since i was too lazy to take a train myself to meet him. =p Anw my b-i-l owns a cue stick/pool/billard related shop so there's this table in his shop to demo watever to his customers. So ended up trying to play. Trying, cos im really bad. N we both earned a free lsn from him. He's gd! Like really, nv knew that. hahaha. Impossible to walk a single step without rubbing shoulders with anyone. Wanted to eat the soft serve ice cream but the q was SO LONG. Sad.

Went to visit the ACM today. N it sure feels different to be gg to a museum when u're a history teacher and all the things you see are so relevant to what u're teaching in school. =o Well, our main aim was the terracotta warriors. Nv knew bin ma yong was called terracotta in english. =p

Btw it was SUPER crowded with locals n vistors.

Was greeted by a series of modern interpretation of tradtional warriors. Quite funny. Like the guanyin lookalike holding a laptop, warriors al wearing earpiece etc.

It's amazing what technology can do. They actually have this acm app you can dl n it provides a 3d view when u point ur cam at specific symbols ard the museum. N u can follow the animation n go thrgh the story of what actually happens. So incredible right! N fyi ALOT of ppl were using it, really tells u how many ppl in the world's actually using iphone.

Then met ced at cs n he gave me a shock when he popped out from nowhere. But what's that shock compared to the one before right. lol.

Then then i met my ex bf as in bestfren. Totally felt like killing myself. N he still introduced me to his gf. That's akin to giving me a stab at the back ok.

Anw, bf told me that they'll be gg on a cruise for cny next yr since they're not supposed to celebrate cny. N his mum actually asked if i want to tag along. =D I wont be gg of cos but that's not e point right... Hee...
